He specializes in sales and leasing, with Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro, San Lorenzo and Union City being his geographic areas of emphasis. With over $100 million in transactions, he has successfully served the needs of hundreds of clients over the years. He is active in the community and is a member of the Hayward and Castro Valley Chambers of Commerce.

Paul Mader, CCIM, has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry with background in commercial brokerage, mortgage lending and appraising. He specializes in assisting investors and business owners in achieving their investment and leasing goals in the local and regional markets. Professionally he holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute, a professional achievement held by only 6% of the commercial real estate practitioners. Additionally, he is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, former Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (California) and has an MBA from the University of Colorado.
